New NESCAUM report on OWBs (9 Sep 08)

Read the newest report from NESCAUM concerning testing of Phase 1 models. NESACUM states that EPA Method 28 may be wrong by a factor of four when testing Phase 1 models. I believe this is significant because these new models are being marketed as emitting fewer pollutants. This is what happens when the EPA sits down with the manufacturers and together they design an acceptable testing method.
